La qualità di questa linea di prodotti è ottima, ma mi aspettavo un po' di più. Dalla stessa cassa editrice c'è di meglio. Le sequenze sono davvero molto semplici, anche se sono molte e utilizzabili in molti modi. Vanno bene per esercizi di livello facile.
