Makes ordinary food delicious!
Excellent blend of seasoning. No MSG. I gave a bottle to every member of my diet support group. Great on red meat, poultry and fish. Also yummy on broccoli, cauliflower, and all of the other keto veggies. If you're going to eat more healthy, then use Spike to help enjoy your healthy food. Absolutely worth every penny!!!

SPIKE LEE AINT GOT NOTHING ON SPIKE
Absolutely love it over veggies and eggs , you can also melt some butter and milk add Velveeta cheese n spike stirring until melted add spike to taste and flour to thicken love it over. Broccoli carrots, mushrooms, cauliflower what are the best cheese sauces I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’ll do the spike.

Must have in the kitchen
One of the best multi-purpose seasonings I have ever used. My mother used it, I remember that great flavor as a child, and still using it today. We use it on eggs, salads, meats and poultry, vegetables and so much more. It is our main seasoning that adds a unique flavor that once you taste it, you are hooked. I can't imagine not having Spike in our kitchen. You can even get this as a reduced salt or salt free option. This is a terrific value for the price as a box goes a long way. We give it 5 stars.

Great seasoning! I've used it for decades.
Has a great flavor. I use it on chicken and steak for a change of pace. I've been eating it since I was a kid. My mom used it and now my daughter uses it, too. I recommend this to everyone. It's a great addition to every kitchen.

I have used Spike fir over 10 years. Combination of herbs/spices. Can be used on salads, seasoning meats, etc. Because there is no additives to create flow, shake up the boxvir use a fork to spare grains.

There's only one Spike, and it's full of umami flavor
My grandmother used it, now. I use it and it goes great on so many things, especially potatoes. This spice is hard to find so getting it here on Amazon in bulk was awesome.
