It will save your knees!
I love lifting and my knees are kind of iffy, these are wonderful and I can put more around certain areas if needed. Does sometimes slip but worth it in the end.

Quality material, but really hard to use
Just holding them in your hands, you can tell the product is made to last. However, I’ve tried multiple ways to wrap my knees for squats, and it’s just impossible. They’re so stiff that not even Daenerys Targaryen could make me bend the knee while wearing them.It’s probably a great product for people who do short sets with heavy weights, but for someone like me, who prefers high reps with lighter weight in my squat routine it’s just not suitable.
