This item is very good, but I have order again, excellent item

I like the way you can splay the wires and screw them down separate from the RJ-45 terminal. It makes it easier to manipulate it while you are working on it. What I do not like is that it does not completely lock into place in the female socket. It simply is not a tight fit so It doesn’t Work for me. It’s loose and loses its connection.

It works great after you realize the pin out on these is a little strange. It's not the normal RJ45 pins 1 through 8 in order, like every other terminal strip to RJ45 adapter I've come across. See picture for the actual pinout. Where 8 is the brown wire on the far right, and 1 is the white/orange wire on the far left, assuming T568B color code standard.

Seem to work fine...but note that the screw terminal order does not match rj45 pin order.

El conector va bien, pero no hay instrucciones de la conexión correcta. Gracias a otra reseña he podido comprobar que para una conexión de tipo B el orden es: 5-4-1-2-3-6-7-8. Si no se sabe esto, imposible de montar. Debía venir acompañado de unas instrucciones de conexión.

Tienes que descifrar las conexiones para saber el orden, cuando lo tienes da muy poca velocidad.
