I reached out to the seller as well as several other here on Amazon for lab testing results on their products. I got several replies with less than impressive results. This seller's results were so close to zero it may as well be zero. The number of things tested for was 5 pages long! The results beat the other "organic" products hands down. The others had higher amounts of cadmium, lead, arsenic, and chromium. All four of these were tested for and the the results are impressive compared to all the others. I saved it as a PDF file and I don't know how to take a screen shot of it otherwise I would put it on here for all to see. I got the package today and opened it. This is a 16 oz container, there is a nice seal under the lid. It is a plastic squarish bottle. The ginger smells fresh, I tasted it, and it has a peppery bite like ginger should. It's not super hot, but it is hot. I guess I've had hotter ginger but the problem is, is that hotter ginger loaded with heavy metals and chemicals. I don't know, and I'm tired of emailing people who seem reluctant to provide lab testing results when asked for them. These days with pollution everywhere, I do not think anyone can get a completely pure product. The trick is to get the least amount of them as one can possibly get. I use ginger daily, so very low levels of contaminants is a must for me. Everything considered I am very happy with the company, the lab results and the ginger. So I am giving this product five stars for: value for money, very very low amounts of contaminants. Freshness, and the polite, and fast response of the retailer to my request for the lab results. Flavor and freshness.

The Ginger smelled & tasted fine; however in the description it said jar, and when I zoomed in on it, it looked like glass, so I purchased it. Do not be tricked, it is plastic. So if you are looking for your ginger to be in a glass jar, do not buy this one., other than that it was a good purchase.

It tastes good enough you can mix it with water and eat it plain to use it as a supplement if you are using ginger as a supplement Also tastes good in soups and sauces Container is very large No chunks of other stuff just all powder Tastes more like the ginger in ginger bread but without sugar added and not like the ginger you get as Japanese restaurants. I have never used it for ginger bread but that is how it tastes to me when mixed with water only and not cooked Slightly sweet from the natural taste of ginger even though no sugar added I was so satisfied I have ordered this more than once Do not know about purity regulations, I am only reviewing the flavor

The flavor is very good, and smells good too. The quality is definitely there and, just break the seal and it is ready to use. This is exactly as it should be and what I was looking for. Once used up, I'll be ordering another jar.

This is the best ginger powder ever. First of all, the container was a lot bigger than I expected. There's enough ginger powder to last for several months. Plus it arrived a full day early. The best part is the very strong, pungent flavour. Even the smell is quite strong. A little goes a long way with this ginger. It's perfect as a tea, or in a smoothie. I'm even using it in general cooking, like stews, and quinoa and rice. I have no doubt that this ginger is going to improve my health over time.

It was stronger and richer than I expected. I think I will buy it again later.

I'm so very pleased to discover this! I Love Organic, clean, safe food! One delicious way I enjoy this, I add a heaping teaspoon in a 12 ounce cup of hot water & Organic Vegan cane sugar or Org.
