If you want to use this monitor, you have to connect power source and provide a signal source at the same time(your PC, laptop, PS4 console, etc.) for it. If you want to use touch function, your mobile devices should in USB 3.1 Gen2 port and support video output via USB 3.1 Gen2 port. If your PC or laptop only has HDMI port, and your system is Windows7 or above, to use touch function when connected via HDMI port, you need three cables: one HDMI to mini HDMI cable(included), two USB-A to USB-C cables(only one included). The upper USB-C port is for touch function, the lower USB-C port is for power. For MacBook, only single point touch works. And touch function will not work on game consoles such as PS4, Xbox, Switch, etc. (Note: Windows 10 recommended, touch function is not stable on Windows7/8/8.1). Touch function is unavailable when connecting with game consoles. If you only connect power supply but no signal source connected, the screen will only show the "G-STORY" LOGO for several seconds then remains black after turned on.
