it's a decent chair..
Chair arrived fast, not too complicated to assemble.Once completely assembled i noticed two large footprints on the fabric.these do not brush out of the velvetlike fabric.I have contacted the seller but will attempt to get these footprints removed using ??maybe the seller can advise.As everyone knows, the time and trouble of taking this chair back apart and reshipping..right.

Soft, comfortable. A bit of a tilting problem.
The chair is pretty comfy and the massage feature is nice. You can choose different speeds and rhythms on the massage feature. It would be nice if it was a bit further up or moved but overall I really like the feature.The fabric is quite soft and is comfortable to sit on.My only issues with the chair are that the footrest is slightly difficult for me to click into place and the chair could do with more weight in the back to prevent the whole chair from falling forward if you get up or shift too far forward without putting the foot rest down.Overall I think it is nice for the price range and I would buy again.

Didn't really like the chair its to small and its far from soft the seat is not wide enough and hard when you sit in it the only thing i like is the massage function
