HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds Temperature: 302°F-320°F (150°C-160°C), Pressure: Firm Time: 8-12 seconds Peel COOL, wait about 15 seconds For best performance, cover and reheat for 2-3 seconds HOUSEHOLD IRON INSTRUCTIONS Remove all water from iron Prepare iron at 300-340 degrees F (high temp) for 8-10 minutes Place garment on hard - smooth surface (counter top or table protected by pillowcase) (DO NOT USE AN IRONING BOARD) Pre-press garment for 5 seconds to remove any moisture from fabric Place transfer face down (carrier sheet side up) on garment in desired location Press each section covered by the iron for 15-20 seconds with medium pressure Peel COOL,wait about 15 seconds, peel backing (carrier sheet) For best performance, cover and reheat for 2-3 seconds. Secret to the home iron... 1:Make sure it's hot enough. 2:Make sure your surface is HARD... can use a cutting board on a table. 3:Make sure you can apply pressure to the iron. use YOUR body weight. 4:Make sure to use parchment paper or teflon sheet. 5:Dry Heat is also important. You can check its adherence by lifting up a little corner of the carrier sheet. If not sticking, do again. Does take a little longer with regular iron. Peel COOl,wait about 15 seconds, peel backing (carrier sheet) For best performance, cover and reheat for 2-3 seconds. CARE INSTRUCTIONS -Do not dry clean -Machine wash WARM with mild detergent -Dry at normal setting -No chlorine bleach -Wait 24 hours before first wash -No chlorine bleach -Turn garment inside out Review: Worked great! Worked great! Had to press for longer than instructions said but turned out perfect. Make sure you follow the directions on pressing in a hard surface. I used a cookie sheet on my countertop instead of the ironing board.

This product worked great. The Number 7 transferred and adhered well to a 100% cotton t-shirt. I followed the enclosed directions carefully. The shirt has been washed 4 or 5 times with no loss of adhesion.

Horrible, wouldn't all iron on, ruined the shirt!

Looks bad.
My number came with a cut across the number that was not visible in the package so did not show up until it was ironed onto the shirt. Now no chance to pull it off. On the shirt you can clearly see it. Looks bad.
