OK, but less powerful. Controls are not flexible enough and sacrificed for the sake of simplicity.
The price is good. The shower was easy to install as I was replacing an older model with 3 power settings (low, med, high) and so all the holes, water and electrical entry points were in the same place. However, the water pressure seems lower even though it's using up to 9.8 kw all the time when compared to the older model when using the "high" setting using the same 9.8 kw. The water output (pressure) on the this old model seems higher. I was using the same shower head in case you wondered. Also bear in mind that the older model probably had clacium deposits on the elements and therefore less efficient. So it is disappointing the new one isn't stronger in that respect. In the summer when the water that feeds it will be warmer, the shower will be stronger as you cannot reduce the power. In theory it can reduce power if it is managing to heat the incoming water to the required temperature. However the pressure feeding it is high and so I would be getting warm water at very high pressure, which I might not want or need and would prefer to reduce the power (like the older model). In the summer with the older model I would normally select "low" (3 kw) which still provided enough water pressure. Also with the new model, they state that you don't need to use any sealant (like mastic) on the case-to-tile interface. I find this weird, as it has a gap on the top right part which is against the tiles. This allows water to dribble into the case which, although not getting into the electric perhaps, water does get into the opening on the wall for the inlet pipe. This means that water can get into the wall cavity and eventually onto the floor or ceiling, depending on where your shower is. The simple solution is to put a plastic tape where the case's top edge meets the wall, but wonder whey Mira recommended not water proofing it. So overall, its just "OK" and I chose it only for the compatibility with the existing mounting holes, pipe and electrical cable entry point.

What a great deal!
I got a really good deal on this when I bought it through Amazon! I got it cheaper than my plumber could when he went to his wholesaler - he was amazed - and it arrived quicker than he could get it too! Plus I have Amazon Prime so I didn't pay a delivery charge. It fitted over the holes where the previous shower had been (though I think my plumber had to re-use an old part in place of the central rod to ensure this? - that was the only issue he reported). It looks good, it works well, and i was particularly pleased with the price! Top notch product.

OK but a few annoyances
First thing to mention is that the water and power inputs for the unit are both on the right side (as you look at it), which can be an issue if space is limited, as ours was, because the majority of showers have the inputs on the left. The main reason for getting this shower was to replace an older model Advance which had started to leak after 10 years. Mounting holes were identical so it was an easy swap, even the shower riser rail mountings were identical. Small issue with the DIP switches inside the unit, a better explanation of what each did would have been useful. Control is very limited, no flow adjustment just a ingle large on/off switch and a large heat adjustment knob - the unit is recommended for users with limited vision. It takes longer to heat up than our previous, same wattage, unit. This may be down to the new unit bleeping when it is up to temperature, the previous one was more guesswork. The shower head has 3 spray patterns and is fairly large. None of the patterns seem to have the right combination of power/spread so something else to compromise on. This is a fairly basic unit at a highish price level. If we had the enthusiasm to alter the plumbing then we would have chosen a more flexible unit for the same price, hopefully we have paid for Mira quality/long life but time will tell on that.
