Energy Saving CFL or LED Bulbs are absolutely not allowed. This will burn the Touch-On Sensor which is located inside the Base of the Table Lamp. - If the Lamp stop working, it means you have burned out the Touch-On Sensor of the Lamp. This is not a total loss. We stand by our products, even though it is past the warranty for consumers, they can still request a new Touch-On Sensor from us as long as they e-mail us a copy of their .com and Fulfillment Center Receipt. We will only replace at no charge to customers that have bought this lamp from and Fulfillment Centers only. Once you install a new Touch-On Sensor, the lamp will work as a Brand-New Lamp again. - Plugging the lamp need to plug directly to the wall socket. Plugging a Touch-on Lamp to a Multi-Plug Adaptor is not allowed. This will burn the lamp easily, too. Multi-Plug are functional but not on a Touch-On Lamp.
